What to write about

Questions about the app, the launch, the price or the devices it runs on. Many are answered in Questions on the home page.

A problem with a story: a mistake in the text or the audio, or anything that breaks Aftertale’s content rules. Say which story, and roughly where, if you can.

Your waitlist email. To leave the list, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write and ask for your address to be deleted.

Privacy requests: to see, correct or delete your data, or to object to its use. The privacy notice explains what is collected and why.

Press, partnerships and feedback, including the kinds of story you’d like more of.

What to expect

Aftertale is a small, independent app made in Portugal, so a reply can take a few days. There’s no phone line or live chat; email is the one channel, and it’s answered in English.

Aftertale doesn’t write stories on request. Suggestions for genres and moods are welcome, but they shape the catalog over time rather than a story made for you.

Subscriptions and refunds

Once Aftertale launches, subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through the App Store. Aftertale never sees your payment details and can’t issue refunds itself. You can cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings, and refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. For anything else about your subscription, write to the address above.
